I want to drop my car off and head to work, is that ok?
No problem! If you need, we have a courtesy shuttle that can give you a lift to work. Be sure to arrange in advance.
I want to drop my car off after hours, can I?
Yes that's fine, we have ample parking spaces outside the shop. There is a key drop on the main office door, please phone during business hours so we know you've left your vehicle and keys.
Are there any type of vehicle you do not work on?
There are very few vehicles we don't service: right-hand drive vehicles and transport trucks. We service all makes and models of car & light trucks (up to 5500 series).
Do you offer pre-purchase inspections?
Yes we do. Please contact us for pricing and details on our multi-point inspection.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Saturday from 8am - 2pm
Sunday - Closed
Do you provide a shuttle service?
Customers of The Revelstoke Garage who have their vehicle in for service may take advantage of our courtesy shuttle service within the city of Revelstoke.
Do you provide a courtesy car?
We have no courtesy car available at this time but offer a shuttle service for customers.

Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We offer a two year guarantee on workmanship, any defective parts are as per manufacturers warranty.
Will I know how much the repair costs? Or will I get a big surprise?
After an initial inspection we will show you a written estimate of work required and associated costs – you are always in control of the cost and will not get a nasty surprise. If the job looks like it will go over our original estimate we will contact you first before proceeding, that’s all part of our no surprise guarantee.
I have some parts of my own that I want installed, how much will you charge or can you do it?
We do not install customer supplied parts in order to nullify liability and warranty concerns. Because of this we can proudly stand behind everything we do and have full confidence in the job.
I need a quote on some work, should I call or email you?

You can call or email us for a quote. If you have emailed and not gotten a response, please call. Quoting a repair via a phone call or email may not be 100% accurate but we do try our best. After inspecting your car we can give you a more firm price. If you would like a 'site unseen' quote please have ready your vehicles particulars or include them in your email.

The more info we receive the better, but if you're unsure of your vehicle info, we'll do our best with whatever info you can provide.

If you'd like a price on tires, please provide the tire size of the tires currently on your car. The size is written on the side of the tire and looks something like this; P195 65 R15 89H, or P245 75 R16 101V.
